Below is everything you need to know to use our products safely and responsibly.
Australian Standards & Legal Compliance
Our products are manufactured in Australia using premium-quality ingredients, and we ensure compliance with:
- Work Health and Safety (WHS) Regulations – We follow workplace and product safety laws for chemical use.
- Australian Industrial Chemicals Introduction Scheme (AICIS) – All ingredients are notified and compliant with the Australian Inventory of Industrial Chemicals.
- Globally Harmonized System (GHS) – Our detergent carries a low-level irritant classification and includes appropriate safety labelling.
- Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) & Australian Consumer Law – Our product labels include accurate safety, usage, and company details.
- AS/NZS Standards – Our aluminum bottles and labels align with safety, durability, and consumer protection expectations.
Hazard Classification (GHS Explained)
The Globally Harmonized System (GHS) is a worldwide standard for identifying hazardous chemicals. In Australia, GHS 7 is used.
- Our Laundry Detergent may cause mild skin or eye irritation in concentrated form and includes the appropriate "Warning" label.
- Our Fabric Softener is not classified as hazardous under GHS but still includes essential safety and first aid advice.
Always read your label and follow safe use instructions.
Safe Usage Guidelines
- Keep out of reach of children.
- Do not ingest. If ingested, contact the Poisons Information Centre at 13 11 26.
Avoid eye contact. If contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water and seek medical advice. - Use in a well-ventilated area.
- Do not mix with other household cleaners.
- For softeners: Do not pour directly onto fabrics.
First Aid Advice
- Ingestion: Do not induce vomiting. Rinse mouth and contact 13 11 26.
- Eye Contact: Rinse thoroughly with water for at least 15 minutes. Seek medical advice.
- Skin Contact: Rinse with water. Use mild soap if irritation occurs.
Storage Instructions
- Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
- Always close the cap tightly after use.
- Keep away from children and food storage areas.
- Do not expose to freezing temperatures or extreme heat.
Environmental Safety & Disposal
- Use only as directed. Do not dispose of large quantities in drains or waterways.
- Rinse aluminum bottles thoroughly and recycle through kerbside recycling.
- Our bottles are food-grade lined and fully recyclable.
