Return of Refunds
Due to the nature of our fragrance-based laundry products, and for hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to offer refunds or returns for change of mind once a product has been opened or used. If you’re unsure about a scent, we recommend purchasing a sample size.
For this reason, Laundry Talk does not provide return labels.
In the case that a return is approved (at the discretion of Laundry Talk), the customer will be responsible for covering all postage and return shipping costs. Refunds will only be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.
We also strongly advise familiarising yourself with our usage instructions and product compatibility information before use and or purchase. This helps ensure you have the best experience with our products and avoid any external issues that may arise from incorrect usage.
Please note that used or opened products cannot be returned under any circumstances.
Damaged or Faulty Products
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please notify us within 7 days of receiving it. To be eligible for a replacement or refund, you must provide:

Once approved, we will either issue a refund or send a replacement product at no extra cost.
Incorrect Items Received
If you received the wrong item(s), please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll correct it by sending the correct item to you at no charge.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your issue is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Third-Party Retailers
We only accept returns or refund requests for purchases made directly through www.laundrytalk.com.au.
If you purchased our products from a third-party retailer or stockist, please contact them directly for their return and refund policy.
