Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our fragrance-based laundry products, and for hygiene and safety reasons, we're unable to offer refunds or returns for change of mind once a product has been opened or used. Unopened products in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of receiving your order. If you're unsure about a scent, we recommend starting with a smaller size before committing to a full bottle.
Laundry Talk does not provide return labels. In the event a return is approved at our discretion, the customer is responsible for all return postage costs. Refunds will only be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.
We strongly recommend familiarising yourself with our usage instructions and product compatibility information before purchasing to ensure the best experience with our products.
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Damaged or Faulty Products
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please notify us within 30 days of receiving it. To be eligible for a replacement or refund, please provide:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
Once approved, we'll either issue a refund or send a replacement at no extra cost.
Incorrect Items
If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll send the correct item to you at no charge.
Refunds
Once approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the amount to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.
Third-Party Retailers
We only accept return and refund requests for purchases made directly through www.laundrytalk.com.au. For purchases made through a third-party retailer or stockist, please contact them directly.
