By accessing and using this website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions, which, together with our Privacy Policy, govern your relationship with Laundry Talk. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our website or purchasing any of our products. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our website.

In these Terms and Conditions:

"Products" refer to the laundry products, including detergent, softener, dryer sheets, and fabric sprays, that are available for purchase on this Site. - "Services" refer to any online services provided by Laundry Talk, including the sale, delivery, and any subscription-based offering of Products.
- "Subscription Service" refers to any recurring product purchase service offered by Laundry Talk that enables customers to automatically receive selected products at regular intervals.

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, which govern your use of the Site and the purchase of Products. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you must not use or access the Site.

We reserve the right to amend or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically for changes. Continued use of the Site following the posting of changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
Eligibility
By using our Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian to use our Site. You also confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
Account Registration
To make a purchase, you may be required to create an account. When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account if we believe that you have breached these Terms and Conditions.
Orders and Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Laundry Talk reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time, for any reason, including without limitation if the product is out of stock, there has been an error in pricing, or if we suspect fraudulent activity.
Payment can be made via the methods specified on the Site. All prices are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise specified.
Once you have placed an order and payment has been received, you will receive a confirmation email detailing your purchase. This email does not constitute acceptance of your order. The contract for sale is concluded once we dispatch your order.
Subscription Services
If you subscribe to any of our recurring delivery options, you agree to our subscription-based billing terms:
You authorise us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis for the subscription you selected.
You may cancel your subscription at any time, but cancellations must be made prior to the next billing date to avoid being charged for the next scheduled shipment.
Subscription discounts, if offered, are limited to subscription purchases and cannot be applied retroactively or combined with other promotions.
Shipping and Delivery
We deliver our products within Australia only. Shipping times and costs are outlined during the checkout process. All estimated delivery times provided are approximate and should be considered as such. Laundry Talk is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.
If a delivery is delayed due to an event beyond our control (e.g., extreme weather, strikes, etc.), we will notify you as soon as possible. If you wish to cancel your order due to such delays, you may do so and receive a full refund.
Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of receiving the order for a full refund or exchange, provided that the products are in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned products.
Products that are damaged or faulty on arrival will be replaced or refunded, subject to verification. Contact us at contact@laundrytalk.com.au for further instructions before returning any items.
Chargebacks & Disputes
By purchasing from Laundry Talk, you agree to contact us directly to resolve any order issues prior to initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
Chargebacks initiated without contacting us first may be challenged using proof of delivery and acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
Product Policy
Product Description & Intended Use
Laundry Talk products are premium laundry detergents and softeners, formulated for household laundry use only.
Products are not suitable for consumption or any non-laundry-related applications. Customers are responsible for reading product descriptions and usage instructions before use.
Product Safety & Ingredients Disclosure
Ingredients are listed online for customer reference.
Our products are formulated in compliance with relevant Australian regulations and safety standards.
Laundry Talk products may contain fragrance allergens as required by IFRA disclosure guidelines.
Customers are advised to perform a patch test or take any appropriate precautionary measures before using the product for the first time, particularly if they have sensitive skin or known allergies.
Storage & Shelf Life
Products should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Shelf life is indicated on packaging (24 months from manufacture date).
Improper storage (e.g., excessive heat, moisture exposure) may affect product performance, for which Laundry Talk holds no liability.
Product Photography & Representation
Product images displayed online are for illustrative purposes. While we aim for accuracy, slight variations in packaging, colour, or finish may occur in final products.
Allergy & Sensitivity Disclaimer
Customers with known sensitivities are responsible for reviewing ingredient information prior to use.
- Laundry Talk is not liable for skin reactions, sensitivities, or allergies, as individual responses to fragrance and surfactant ingredients may vary.
Customer Responsibility
- By purchasing our products, customers agree they are solely responsible for ensuring suitability for their personal use, storage, and application.
- Misuse of products or use outside their intended purpose voids any liability or warranty.
Fragrance and Sensitivity Disclaimer
Our products are fragrance-infused and may not be suitable for individuals with fragrance sensitivities or allergies. By purchasing our products, you acknowledge and agree that Laundry Talk will not be liable for any adverse reactions or sensitivities to the fragrances used. Child Safety
Keep all laundry products out of reach of children and pets. In case of ingestion or contact with eyes, follow the emergency instructions on the label and seek medical advice if necessary.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, images, logos, and product descriptions, is the intellectual property of Laundry Talk and/or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use any content without our prior written permission.

- Replacing the Products; or
- Supplying the Products again; or
- Refunding the cost of the Products.

Severability
