Our formulas include <5% surfactants, fragrance, and preservation agents. Key components include:

Laundry Wash: Non-ionic and cationic surfactants, IFRA-compliant perfumes (hexyl cinnamal, linalool, benzyl salicylate, coumarin, limonene), sodium benzoate, benzalkonium chloride.

Softener:Non-ionic and anionic surfactants, perfumes (same as above), phenoxyethanol, sodium benzoate, benzalkonium chloride.

Free from phosphates, optical brighteners, and harsh bleaches.

Our fragrances are designed to linger well beyond the wash, thanks to our higher percentage of encapsulated fragrance.

This technology slowly releases scent each time the fabric is moved or worn, so you’ll notice the aroma for days after washing.

Longevity can vary depending on fabric type, how the clothes are dried, and how they’re stored but many customers tell us their laundry still smells beautiful long after it’s put away.

No, our laundry detergents do not use essential oils.

While natural, essential oils are chemically unstable in high-pH environments like laundry detergents, where they can oxidise, break down, or react with other ingredients, causing the scent to fade, change, or develop off-notes before the end of shelf life.

They’re also sensitive to light, heat, and oxygen, making them less stable in storage and during the wash process.

Instead, we use professionally formulated perfume compounds engineered for detergent environments, ensuring our fragrances stay long-lasting, stable, and true to their designed scent from the first wash to the last.

Our formulas are made with carefully selected ingredients, but they do contain fragrance, which may include common allergens. If you have eczema or sensitive skin, please review our product description for the fragrance allergens and always patch test before full use.

Our laundry products are formulated for use in standard washing machines, including both front-load and top-load models.

Our products aren’t marketed as antimicrobial, but they do contain benzalkonium chloride, an ingredient known for its mild antibacterial properties.

That said, our formulas are crafted for everyday fabric care and fine fragrance,  not as disinfectants or medical-grade cleaners. We don’t make any therapeutic claims, but we do make your laundry smell incredible and feel fresh.

Our products have a shelf life of 2 years from the date of manufacture. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

However, for delicate materials like silk, wool, or cashmere, we recommend using a gentle cycle, cold wash, and patch-testing first, or opting for a specialised detergent.
