Shipping Policy

Shipping Availability 

We deliver across all of Australia. Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days, Monday to Friday excluding public holidays. Once your order ships you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

Shipping Costs 

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

  • Free standard shipping on orders over $99 (up to 5.2kg)
  • Standard shipping from $10.99 (rates vary by state — calculated at checkout)
  • Express shipping available at checkout — rates vary by state
  • Orders exceeding 5.2kg — shipping calculated at checkout based on your state
  • Please note: free shipping does not apply to Northern Territory orders — all NT deliveries are charged at checkout

    Order Processing Times

    Orders are packed and dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. You'll receive a tracking confirmation email once your order has shipped.

    Estimated Delivery Times 

    • Metro areas: 2–5 business days
    • Regional areas: 3–8 business days
    • Remote locations: may take slightly longer

    Subscription & Automated Delivery

    Subscribers have their orders automatically processed based on their chosen delivery frequency (every 2, 4, or 6 weeks). You'll receive a confirmation email before each recurring shipment.

    Subscribers can:

    • Skip or pause a delivery
    • Change scent or product
    • Swap between bottles and refills
    • Cancel at any time

    All changes must be made at least 24 hours before your next charge date to take effect. Standard delivery timeframes apply to all subscription orders. 

    Returns & Satisfaction

    If you're not happy with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We'll gladly assist with damaged or incorrect items. Due to the nature of our products we're unable to accept change-of-mind returns on opened or used items. See our Refund & Return Policy for full details.
