Shipping Availability 

We offer delivery across Australia. Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location, with most orders arriving within 2–8 business days.

Shipping Costs 

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Free shipping may apply on orders over a certain value or as part of selected promotions or subscription plans.

Order Processing Times
Orders are packed and dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Estimated Delivery Times

• Metro Areas: 2–5 business days
  Regional Areas: 3–8 business days
  Remote Locations: May take slightly longer

Subscription & Automated Delivery

If you're subscribed to one of our Laundry Talk plans, your orders will be automatically processed based on your selected delivery frequency (e.g. every 2, 4, or 6 weeks). You’ll receive an email confirmation before each recurring shipment.

Subscribers can:

• Skip or pause a delivery

• Change scent or product
  Swap between bottles and refills

• Cancel at any time
  
  

All changes must be made at least 24 hours before your next charge date to apply to the upcoming order. Shipping times for subscription orders follow the same estimated delivery windows as standard orders.

Returns & Customer Satisfaction
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We’ll be happy to help with any concerns regarding damaged or incorrect items.

Please note: due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns for opened or used items. For more details, please refer to our Refund & Return Policy.
