Our fragrances are designed to linger well beyond the wash, thanks to our higher percentage of encapsulated fragrance.

This technology slowly releases scent each time the fabric is moved or worn, so you’ll notice the aroma for days after washing.

Longevity can vary depending on fabric type, how the clothes are dried, and how they’re stored but many customers tell us their laundry still smells beautiful long after it’s put away.

Laundry Talk products are designed with a higher percentage of encapsulated fragrance, delivering long-lasting scent far beyond the wash. Our formulas are free from dyes, phosphates, bleaches, parabens, and optical brighteners, and are developed to clean effectively while leaving your clothes smelling like perfume.

We move fast. Orders are packed within 1–3 business days, then handed off to the delivery crew. Depending on where you’re based, it usually takes 2–8 business days to land on your doorstep. You’ll get tracking so you can stalk it like it’s your ex’s new fling.

We have not completed formal septic-safe testing, so we cannot make that claim. While our products are free from dyes, phosphates, bleaches, parabens, and optical brighteners, they do contain higher fragrance loads, which may impact certain septic or eco sewage systems. If unsure, check with your system provider before use.

Yes, our liquids are suitable for all types of washing machines, including front loaders, top loaders, and high-efficiency (HE) machines. Please follow the usage instructions on your Laundry Talk bottle.

We designed Laundry Talk by stripping away unnecessary thickeners and fillers often used to enhance scent. Instead, we focused on the core function of each product: detergent is engineered to lift and remove soils from fabrics, while softener is designed to remain on fibres, delivering softness and holding fragrance.

Our detergent is concentrated and leaves a light, clean scent. The majority of our fragrance is placed into our softener, which functions more like a fragrance booster. Its gentle, water-like texture is intentional, allowing it to move efficiently through your washing machine, evenly coating fabrics and delivering a richer, longer-lasting scent experience without heaviness or residue.

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days. We ship via Australia Post, and delivery times depend on your location and service selection.

Because fragrance is such a personal preference and our products are considered hygiene goods, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges once they’ve been opened or used.
